How we work
Although we prefer to meet you and establish a personal working relationship, we are also able to offer online and telephone-based advice if it isn’t possible for you to get to our offices.
As independent mortgage brokers and financial advisors, we are able to access the whole market when obtaining the best mortgage rates and designing financial plans for you.
We offer our clients the choice of us being paid by either commission from
the lender we place the mortgage with or a fee based mortgage advice service
(typically 0.35% of the loan arranged, therefore, on a loan of £150,000 a fee of £525.00 subject to a minimum fee of £500.00.
As regards financial planning advice, we are able to work for you on a commission or fees basis, depending on the nature of the advice and your preference.

Our aims
County Financial Management is a locally based company whose primary aim is to provide expert advice to our client base of local people. By focussing our energies on servicing our clients locally, we can offer a more personal, responsive service, tailored to the particular needs of our clients.
We have expanded and developed our range of expertise over the last five years thanks to the regular introduction of new clients. We are proud that the vast majority of our clients are introduced to us by word-of-mouth recommendation and from our small number of professional introducers, including estate agents, solicitors and accountants.
